22-story condo rises on Humber River banks

Options for Homes says it has recently broken ground on its 14th Toronto condo project.

Dubbed The Humber, the condo will rise on the banks of the Humber River at 10 Wilby Cr. near Lawrence Ave. W. and Weston Road. It will be a 22-storey building with a glass and concrete façade.

There will be 233 units: five studio suites; 12 one bedroom suites; 74 one bedroom and den suites; two two bedroom and den suites; 100 two bedroom suites; and 40 three bedroom suites.

The building will offer 131 underground parking spots. Amenities include social lounge and party room with kitchen on first floor, rooftop terrace and social lounge on seventh floor, outdoor patio with 2 BBQs, greenspace at Hickory Tree Rd., indoor bicycle storage for owners and guests, and underground parking.

Construction is expected to be complete in 2021.
