Detail Of Services: The Miniclean experiment is a dark matter experiment situated in the Cube Hall of SNOLAB. The low background detector is situated inside a PVC lined corrugated tank 20ft dia x 26ft high. The 6 ft dia stainless steel detector sits center inside a 4-piece 9ft dia x 9ft high stainless steel vessel. The detector is covered with extremely fragile glass sensors which will be salvaged along with their associated electronics. Workers must be proficient in the use of monorail crane, gantry crane, 7.5t mobile crane, electric forklift, diesel forklift Activities include but not limited too, unbolting and removal of corrugated tank wall sections, removing tank liners, removing steel platform deck plates and structural members, removing two stainless steel vessels, removing vessel stand and associated pedestals, removal of instrument and electrical wiring, removal of redundant piping, setting up handrails, setting up scaffolding, assist with packing of sensitive sensors, removal of equipment to the drift for shipping to surface, maintenance cleaning as required. We are looking for 5 trades people certified in the field of Millwrighting or similar with significant demonstrated hoisting and rigging experience and strong mechanical aptitude. Many of the items being hoisted will be delicate and none standard in nature and will require a level of finesse. At a minimum, Millwright, Hoisting/Rigging and Crane Operator 0-8T is required within the group
