- Contractor to frame and level ends of sidewalks to allow for a proper slope to meet existing road for accessibility.
- Depress and transition sidewalk at driveways as OPSD 310.050M.
- The concrete sidewalk shall have a broomed finish with troweled edges.
- Contractor to supply, erect and remove all form work. Forms must be of good condition and cleaned of all foreign material before using.
- Contractor to purchase and install 4 tactile warning plates for location in drawing.
