Wholesale removal and replacement of corner plugs, including cleaning of all drainage paths and exposed assembly. 5. Localized removal and replacement of metal drip edge flashing at the roof parapet and below the glazing assembly including the replacement of the self-adhered membrane as indicated by the Consultant. 6. Localized removal and replacement of failed insulated glazing units as indicated in Appendix D – Drawings. 7. Wholesale removal and replacement of building envelope sealants at glazing system and cladding interface. 8. Wholesale removal and replacement of aluminum roofing and flashing above glass vestibule, including the alumni drip edge flashing below the glazing assembly. 9. Localized excavation work along the southwest curtain wall to expose the stucco finish below grade for inspection of damage. 10. Removal of interior aluminum trim plate below the curtain wall assembly for inspection of wood blocking and steel wall framing. 11. Repair all areas damaged by construction activity; specifically, the Contractor shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Consultant including repainting of surfaces in accordance with these Specifications which have been damaged. 12. Final cleaning of structure, curtain wall, glass, etc., and the disposal all waste products and/ or debris generated by the construction activity as well as any material present in the work area prior to the commencement of the Work. The are as requiring cleaning shall consist of all areas affected by the Work

College Boreal Sudbury Campus Heat Pump Replacement – Phase 3
