The existing building was constructed in 1986.The MOW shop will continue to operate, and the roof work will require coordination with ONTC’s MOW shop supervisor. Danger areas at ground level must be delineated and monitored by the Contractor. During this project and close coordination with ONTC will be a requirement of the contractor. Please note that due to roof slope, shingles and low slope shingles will not be an adequate solution for this RFP. Any proposal for shingles or low slope shingles will not be considered. Proposals that cannot be completed before March 15, 2023 will not be considered.
