Relocation of one (1) emergency generator from the existing building with the following sub assemblies: Emergency generator Jacket water heater Battery charger Fuel cooler Remote roof mounted radiator Pre-lube tank, pump and control panel Expansion tank Interconnecting piping, power and controls Installation of new ancillary equipment for the relocated generator: Exhaust system c/w silencer, exhaust ductwork and exhaust stack Installation of a new emergency generator comprising of: Emergency generator Jacket water heater Battery charger Fuel cooler Remote roof mounted radiator Pre-lube tank, pump and control panel Expansion tank Intercooler c/w glycol circulation pump. Interconnecting piping, power and controls Engine exhaust system c/w silencer, exhaust ductwork and exhaust stack Supply and installation of a new fuel system comprising of: Two (2) main diesel fuel storage tanks Two (2) diesel fuel day storage tanks Fuel transfer pumps Interconnecting piping, power and controls Tank monitoring system Building ventilation system for the following rooms: Main diesel fuel storage room Product handling room (day tanks fuel storage room)Emergency generators room Electrical room. Building plumbing and drainage Fire protection system for the main diesel fuel storage tanks room Modifications to existing 600V switchgear located in Pumping Station. It involves removal of existing controls and addition of new breakers for standby power. Provision of new 600V switchgear in new facility. It will be complete with synchronisation and controls of two (2) generators. Provision of standby power during the construction. It shall be available the time existing genset will be taken out of the service till the new facility is commissioned and fully operational. Provision of auxiliary services such as lighting, HVAC, fuel storage, Fuel Transfer and other services associated with operation of a standby power system and new building requirements. It will involve installation of cable type bus system between Pumping station 600V Switchgear No1 and 600V switchgear No 2 in new generator Building. Proper grounding of Chimney and fuel storage system. Remove existing flow meters and Install new bi-directional electromagnetic flow meters for FE12411, FE12415 and FE12515 in the existing pumping station (meters already supplied and on site). The Work includes demo and new concrete saddle. Modify the existing groundwater pumping station to direct flows to the storm sewer. Replacement of existing 300mm diameter storm sewer crossing Meadowvale Blvd. Re-grading of ditch from overflow pond control chamber to storm sewer, including replacement of culverts under the main gate. Expanding parking lot asphalt, including relocation of above-ground features as necessary. Provide site grading upgrades to direct onsite stormwater runoff to the storm sewer. Provide all start-up, testing, commissioning, and training services. Provide all project documentation specified. Provide warranty services as specified. Provide all things necessary to build and complete the work and put it into satisfactory operation as specified herein.
