Detail Of Services: The Municipality of Greenstone seeks to procure contracted services with respect to snowplowing and sanding operations to provide for winter road maintenance of municipal roads in specified rural areas throughout the Municipality. Winter road maintenance is essential for providing a safe and efficient Municipal roadway system. It is imperative that all winter maintenance equipment is in sound mechanical condition and is operated in a safe, efficient manner in accordance with Provincial Standards and direction provided by the Municipality. Failure to pass any portion of the evaluation may eliminate that particular individual, and the Bidder, from continuing the Contract. The Municipality, acting reasonably, shall have the right to refuse any individual who, in the sole opinion of the Municipality, is not Qualified.
