Localized excavation work along the southwest curtain wall to expose the stucco finish below grade for inspection of damage. 10. Removal of interior aluminium trim plate below the curtain wall assembly for inspection of wood blocking and steel wall framing. 11. Repair all areas damaged by construction activity; specifically, the Contractor shall repair all damage resulting from the Construction to the satisfaction of the Consultant including repainting of surfaces in accordance with these Specifications which have been damaged. 12. Final cleaning of structure, curtain wall, glass, etc., and the disposal all waste products and/ or debris generated by the construction activity as well as any material present in the work area prior to the commencement of the Work. The areas requiring cleaning shall consist of all areas affected by the Work.

Reservoir: Rehabilitate water treatment plant reservoir located at 1215 Edward Street in Hearst Ontario. Perform concrete repairs including epoxy injection and concrete refacing of walls, columns and ceiling. Prepare concrete surface of walls floor and ceiling of concrete reservoir, apply suitable coating system to concrete walls, floor and ceiling of reservoir (2,744m2). Also, included in the work is the installation of two (2) extraction davit bases and two (2) access ladders as indicated on the Contract Drawings.
