Process units being upgraded: Replacement of piping, valves, flow meters, fittings and appurtenances (pre-selected by Agency),The Contract includes but is not limited to the following Work: Alloa Bulk Fill Station: Remove existing enclosure and process equipment. Remove top layer of asphalt on driveway next to bulk fill station, dimensions shown on the Contract Drawings and as required for new top layer of asphalt and step joints. Retain existing valves and flow meter. Demolish section of existing concrete pad and two (2) bollards. Pour new structural concrete slab. Install new larger aluminum insulated enclosure with heating. Reconfigure and install new piping to align with the requirements of the Contract Drawings. Reuse and re-install existing valves and flow meter. Re-utilize existing communications cabling & raceway. Remove existing 120V wiring, existing raceway to be re-utilized for 600V feeder. Provide external Local Control Panel complete with keypad, display and pushbuttons. Provide Instrumentation Control Panel mounted internally to the valve box enclosures Provide external Power Distribution cabinet complete with 600V distribution panel, stepdown 208/120V transformer, 120/208V lighting panel and snow melt controllers Provide 60A, 600V complete with breaker feeder form PDP-1. Re-utilize existing buried conduit system to pull new feeder per construction drawings. Install on-site drainage system, including trench drain, leach field and an in-slab heating system. Pour new layer of asphalt in location of removed asphalt, approximately 7.5m by 12m and add an additional layer of asphalt to protect in-slab heating system. Pour new layer of concrete in location of existing concrete pad to protect in-slab heating system. Install a metal awning above the enclosure. Install refurbished metal awning from the existing Tullamore Bulk Fill Station (cleaned, repaired and repainted).Tullamore Bulk Fill Station: Remove top layer of asphalt on driveway next to bulk fill station, as required for step joint installation. Demolish four (4) bollards. Remove existing enclosure and process equipment. Pour new structural concrete slab. Install new piping to align with the requirements of the Contract Drawings. Install new valves and flow meter. Install new larger aluminum insulated enclosure with heating. Remove the existing metal awning, clean and repaint it. Relocate to Alloa Bulk Fill Station for re-installation. Install new metal awning. Re-utilize existing communications cabling and raceway. Remove existing 120V wiring, existing raceway to be re-utilized for 600V feeder. Provide external Local Control Panel complete with keypad, display and pushbuttons. Provide Instrumentation Control Panel mounted internally to the valve box enclosures Provide external Power Distribution cabinet complete with 600V distribution panel, stepdown 208/120V transformer, 120/208V lighting panel and snow melt controllers Provide 60A, 600V complete with breaker feeder form DP-C. Re-utilize existing buried conduit system to pull new feeder per construction Drawings. Install new piping and fittings including new valves and flow meter. Install french drain system and connect to existing catch basin. Install in-slab heating system Pour new layer of reinforced concrete in locations of existing concrete pads with 175mm thickness and install composite pavement to match the existing asphalt access road. Retrofit/recalibrate existing flow meter. Palgrave Bulk Fill Station: Remove existing discharge piping, fittings and supports at the station exterior as shown on Contract Drawings. Reconfigure and install new discharge piping, fittings and supports at the station exterior as shown on Contract Drawings. Patch hole in building exterior with steel plate. Remove existing Bulk Fill ICP and Bulk Fill panels “CP-14723”. Re-utilize existing 120V circuits. Provide external Local Control Panel complete with keypad, display and pushbuttons. Provide Instrumentation Control Panel mounted in the same location as existing ICP. Retrofit/recalibrate existing flow meter.
