The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any GC who fails to provide all mandatory information, as required by this RFSQ. Those GCs who consider their firms as having the necessary qualifications are requested to submit all documents as outlined in this RFSQ. All information submitted may be verified. In the event that it is determined that any of the information submitted is inaccurate or misleading, your firm may be disqualified from the RFSQ. Incomplete information may limit your firm’s ability to qualify. Nothing in this document should, in any way, be construed to be a condition or term of any yet to be issued Invitation to Tender (ITT) or Request for Quotation (RFQ).The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the scope or conditions of projects and this procurement, in any manner, or to discontinue the RFSQ process completely.
