EllisDon has published a 2022 Impact Report, highlighting environmental, social and governance issues from across the company.

The report identifies key pillars across the company including steps and achievements, identifies potential improvements and outlines a roadmap with steps to meet the following goals:
- climate commitment
- environmental management
- employee experience
- Indigenous relations
- inclusive diversity
- health and safety
- practices and accountability
“When it comes to environmental and social responsibility, immediate measurable action is required,” said Geoff Smith, president and CEO. “We have made tremendous progress in addressing the various ways we, as business leaders, impact our industry, our communities, and our planet.
