What is the state of the market for the multi-unit residential sector in the GTA?

You can learn the answer to this question at the first event of the fall season for Ontario’s Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) chapter on Sept. 25.

Housing Lab founder Jeanhy Shim will provide her insights in a confidential briefing (no recording allowed) at Entro, 33 Harbour Square #22, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m.

The presentation summary says Shim will look beyond the media’s reporting of the “daily ups and downs” about real estate.

“But what are the underlying factors driving the housing markets? And what is the outlook for major housing markets, such as the GTA,” the summary says.

“Is the Toronto housing market at a crossroads, a speed bump, or on the edge of a cliff? Jeanhy Shim will discuss the key trends in the multi-unit residential sector. The presentation will highlight the importance of market research in decision making and will support business leaders in shaping their strategy.”

Housing Lab Toronto is an independent housing market research firm that specializes in understanding housing market dynamics, identifying untapped market opportunities, using intelligent design to mitigate market risks, and implementing creative solutions to challenging and complicated sites.

Tickets are $35.00 for SMPS members and $55.00 for non members.  For more information and to register, visit this link,
