Expression of Interest for Construction Management Services
OMNI Health Care Limited Partnership is accepting Expressions of Interest to pre-qualify Construction Managers for pre-construction and construction services for the proposed renovations and addition to the Country Terrace Long Term Care Home, in Komoka, Ontario.
Country Terrace is an existing 120 bed Long-Term Care Home located at 10072 Oxbow Drive in Komoka, Ontario (approximately 20 km west of London Ontario). The home is undergoing a modernization and expansion to a 128 bed “Class A” Long-Term Care Home.
The project consists of a new three storey, 50,000 sf addition and renovations to the existing 63,000 sf Long-Term Care Home, expanding it to 128 beds. Construction will be completed in several phases, while maintaining the operation and safe care of the residents of the existing Home throughout the project.
Anticipated Construction Budget: $18 Million
Anticipated Date for CM Selection: April 2020
Anticipated Tender of Work: Fall 2020
Completion date: December 2023
Construction Managers will be evaluated according to their relevant experience, capacity, proximity, and quality of services based on evaluating submissions and contacting references provided.
