REVERA DEVCO is requesting information from General Contractors to prequalify a short list of Proponents for construction of a 128 bed LTC Home in Hanover, Ontario. Located on a green-field site, the building will be 2-storey combustible construction and a part basement, totalling 7,033 m2.
The RFP will be issued for pricing in spring 2020. Construction is slated to start summer 2020 and be complete spring/ summer 2022. As of Thursday, March 12th, 2020 Request- for-Qualification documents are available through MERX or MMMC Architects attn. ‘anne.hyett@mmmc.on.ca’. Prequalification submissions must be received by email no later than Thursday, April 9th, 2020 before 3:00:00 PM.
