141 Bay St – $275,721,780
CIBC Square Phase will be a 53-storey concrete-steel composite tower developed by Hines Canada, and designed by WilkinsonEyre. Adamson Associates is the Architect of Record, according to Skyscraper.com. The permit is for “office interior alterations, building additions/alterations”.
199 Bay St. – $100,000,000
This permit is for “multiple use/non-residential interior alterations” at Commerce Court W., managed by Quadreal.
450 Evans Ave. – $56,000,000
Powers Brown Architecture has designed this industrial building in Etobicoke for Prologis Inc.
405 Eastern Ave. – $42,000,000
This three-storey office and industrial building in Toronto’s East Harbour area has been designed by Walter Fedy for Enbridge, Urban Toronto reports.
