An 85,000-square-foot complex including a medical building, professional office space, retail space, restaurants and a daycare centre, is being built on seven acres at 710 Balm Beach Rd. E. in Midland.
Coland Development Corporation broke ground on the Midland Town Centre in late 2019.
โThe Town of Midland should be excited about our upcoming development. We have had research done by top research agencies to master-plan this new development for the benefit of the local citizens and tourists,โ said Coland co-owner David Colagiacomo.
The complex will also include a total of 365 parking spaces accessed off Sundowner Road and Balm Beach Road East.
โThe ability to have medical, office space, food, daycare and retail, all within this development, is what I am really proud to achieve,” said Colagiacomo. “Convenience and being able to have a one-stop-shop development was our main goal.โ
Colagiacomo says construction will begin in the spring and he expects the project to be completed by fall 2021.
