Trades for Tomorrow webinar focuses on ‘Due Diligence in the Modern Workplace’

Labour and employment lawyer Kevin Nanne and health and safety expert Tyler Rains will be the guest speakers discussing how due diligence is actually applied on modern worksites, in a 30-minute webinar Nov 16 at 11:30 a.m.

“Too often, companies don’t learn about their non-compliance until it’s too late,” the webinar description states. “This crash course will leave you with must-know strategies to steer clear of legal or regulatory landmines.”

Tyler Rains a Canadian Registered Safety Professional and a Licensed Private Investigator. He has extensive experience developing and implementing health and safety management systems, conducting workplace investigations, and delivering consulting services across a wide spectrum of industries.

Kevin Nanne is the vice-president of legal at GSWS and an associate lawyer at Peter A. Gall & Associates, where he practices in the firm’s litigation, labour, and employment groups. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining and workplace investigations. He has also represented clients in a number of mediations, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
