Additionally, Old Scout Place westbound from Arthur Street South at Old Scout Place to the intersection of Old Scout Place and future Water Street.

    Regional Municipality of Waterloo Contract T2019-111 for the construction of a new water transmission main on Sawmill Road (300 mm diameter, 3.0 km long) and on Old Scout Place (200 mm diameter, 375 m long) including but not limited to: earth excavation, piping, valves, drain chambers, air release chambers, grading, and paving, as well as connections to both water systems. A bypass valve chamber was also installed in front of the Conestogo Plains pumping station including but not limited to: piping, valves, a new PLC control system, electrical control systems, earth excavation, and yard piping. The work also included replacement and minor widening of the existing asphalt on Sawmill Road.
