Complete fit-up of a 640 m2 tenant space: Suite 201 1201 Division Street in Kingston Ontario. The bulk of the work will involve implementation of the new layout for the space to accommodate 27 staff members in 23 private offices and 1 shared administration staff space. The fit-up will be complete with all new partitions finishes fixtures mechanical electrical and security systems. Demolition of the existing space will be minimal limited to the existing in suite washrooms as the suite has been prepped and is nearly ready to receive the new work.
