Joint venture Comtech Group Inc. and CIMA+ have been awarded a multi-year contract to provide specialized real property project management services to Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB).
The contract will support modernization projects within the Parliamentary Precinct including the rehabilitation of the Confederation Building, Energy Services Acquisitions Program (ESAP) and Building Components and Connectivity (BCC) projects.
“Comtech is thrilled to work alongside our partner CIMA+ to deliver this program and support the delivery of the Government of Canada’s long-term vision and plan (LTVP),” said Chris Swail, vice president, buildings and facilities at Comtech. “In doing so, our integrated project teams will apply their expertise and understanding of the environment to help rehabilitate and modernize the Parliamentary Precinct to meet present and future needs.”
Comtech and CIMA+ will combine their project management expertise and previous federal, provincial and municipal experience to develop and implement the robust project management framework needed to deliver this program of work.
