Graywood Developments has started construction is underway on Peter & Adelaide, a 47-storey, mixed-use tower that combines condo suites and retail.
The project is being built in Toronto’s Entertainment District. Designed by BBB Architects, the building incorporates the intersection’s existing historic properties, weaving a tapestry of brick, metal, concrete, and glass into its façade, according to a Remi Network report.
The 47-storey building will offer 696 units. The 17th floor of the building will feature a sleek rooftop swimming pool, while a large gym has views over Adelaide St. to the south and an internal courtyard to the north.
