COPE Development Corporation has submitted an application to the City of Toronto for a 21-storey condo development at 2993 Sheppard Ave. The building designed by Kirkor Architects will reach 69.65 metres and include 29,308 sq. m. of gross floor space including 1,340 sq. m. of ground-floor retail, Databid.com reports, citing Urban Toronto.
The 433-unit project will include a seven-storey podium and a tower with 750 sq. m. floor plates rising 14 storeys above the podium.
There will be a mix of masonry and metal panels on the exterior, with a window wall system with vision and spandrel glass curtainwall retail glazing and dark brick.
The ground floor will include 196 sq. m. of interior amenity space connecting with a 300 sq. m. outdoor area. There will be additional amenities on the eight floor
The project includes a three-level underground parking garage.
