Detail Of Services: The Brockville Landfill Site is a “regulated” source of contamination (an approved facility) whereas the Former City Landfill, Former Salvage Yard and the Area of the MOE Investigation are “unregulated” sources of contamination. The purpose of this undertaking is to carry out the necessary monitoring and reporting work at the City of Brockville’s landfill site in accordance with the Amended Site Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) issued by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP), Closure Plan, and MECP regulations and guidelines. This project includes the Engineering and environmental services for monitoring and sampling, laboratory analyses, and the preparation and completion of annual monitoring and performance reports. Monitoring is to be completed throughout 2021 with a final report to be submitted to the MECP’s District Manager by June 1, 2022.
