Including operating mechanism adjustments, limit and control switches, brakes and motors, etc. Review of structural members and connections and general condition of equipment for corrosion, cracking, deformation and accumulation of dirt and debris.• Semi-annual inspections for hydraulic vehicle hoists and levelers. Including examination, tightening and adjusting as necessary, of all pipe joints, valves, connections, seals, gaskets, bolts, and members. Supply and replenish hydraulic fluid and lubricants.• Written inspection reports with recommendations on major repairs and replacements necessary for efficient operation of the equipment.• Correction of minor deficiencies as required.• All inspections and maintenance must be in strict accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations using qualified and skilled tradespeople certified for the particular trade in the Province of Ontario. It is anticipated that the solicitation for this requirement may be initiated in Spring 2022, with commencement of services in April 2022, conditional on the project receiving approval to proceed from DND. The estimated cost for the multi-year contract is estimated to be in the rough order of $85,000 per year.
