• Equipment/components under warranty shall be replaced and/or repaired at no additional cost to the City.
• In the event that City Electrical Maintenance Contractor (EMC) delivers an item for repair to the Vendor, the Vendor shall confirm with the City that the item is to be repaired. The Vendor will be required to provide the City with the item model number, serial number and warranty expiry date.
• The Successful Bidder must supply all materials, labour, equipment and parts necessary to perform repairs as required by the City.
