Both boilers are situated in the Sudbury Main campus, 5th level, mechanical room 4617.2. A freight elevator can be used to transport products vertically within the campus but only up to the 4th level. From the 4th level up, units will need to be moved via the internal mechanical room staircase. See attached photos in Schedule A. A second option could be used; by crane lifting the units off and on the roof. The 5th level mechanical room does have a direct man door that opens to the roof. If this method is used, the proponent will be required to protect the roof with plywood in the affected areas of laydown and travel.3. Disassemble and remove from the site both existing boilers. A minimum of 1 boiler must remain in operation to ensure building heat while this replacement project is underway.4. Replace both De Dietrich boilers, model GAS 310-9 ECO with PK boilers to match same BTU outputs. See Schedule B for moreinformation.5. Replace, install, and modify any gas piping, electrical, drain, supply and return piping.6. Replace any venting to accommodate new boiler layout.7. Boiler controls to be integrated with our BMS (Siemens). Siemens controls to be hardwired and monitored using BacNet.8. Perform a factory start up.9. Provide maintenance manuals and start up documentation.
