Detail Of Services: The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) is inviting interested firms to make submissions in response to the following Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Airfield Pavement Management System (APMS) 2024. OIAA is requesting that an update to its APMS be developed based on a condition survey conducted in accordance with the test method detailed in the latest version of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Designation:D5340 – Standard Test Method for Airport Pavement Condition Index Surveys. The successful proponent will utilize the results of the new condition survey (e.g., PCIs), as well as the previous 2019 PMS report PCIs and pavement strength measurements, in PAVER TM , to predict future pavement conditions, determine maintenance and restoration needs, and analyze different budget scenarios. The final deliverable will be a recommended 10-year (i.e., 2024 through 2033) restoration and capital plan, including CAD (.dwg) and GIS (.GDB)-based drawings of the airfield pavement inventory
