The site includes 527 residential dwelling units and 695 sq. m. daycare facility at grade.
The project’s architect is Kirkor Architects & Planners, and the civil engineer is R. V. Anderson Associates Limited.

Woodman Architect & Associates is designing this project for Nick and Carmen Argentina, which DataBid.com lists as the developer. The project will be completed in two phases.
In the first, the exiting dwellings at 122 and 118 Russell Ave. will be demolished and a new three storey, 14 unit apartment building will be built on the southerly parcel. The house currently at 114 Russell Ave. will be retained.
In the second phase, this house will be demolished and a second three storey, 14,-unit apartment building will be constructed on the northerly parcel.
The development is currently pending site plan approval, DataBid reports. Other consultants include: Civil engineer – D. B. Gray Engineering; landscape architect – Tracy Whalen; and planner – Momentum Planning and Communications.
