Development applications submitted to the city after Jan. 1, 2023 are now posted on a website that provides:

● a list of complete, active applications by Ward and address.

● a site map, rendering and description for each active application and the detailed project documents staff will review before making a recommendation on the application.

● contact information for the planner responsible for the development application and an email address for submitting comments.

The new Have Your Say – Development Applications site allows residents to review application materials and provide feedback early on in the process – at the same time City staff are undertaking their review. Comments received will inform the Recommendation Report that is prepared and submitted to city council.
