Under the terms of this Contract the Contractor agrees to furnish the necessary labour material and equipment to respond and relief/assess blocked drains on emergency basis and to restore the structural integrity of sewer service connections and/or pipes through the installation of the CIPP and to use Toronto Water’s Contract Management System (CMS) which is a web based application that will be used for contract administration purposes. Restoration of structural integrity means that the rehabilitated sewer shall be capable of resisting for a 50-year life all loads and pressures to which the sewer is currently subject.
