Databid.com reports that building supply dealer Morin Bros. is preparing to build a new one-storey warehouse building with 1,259 sq. m. of gross floor area, along with a 229 sq. m. expansion to its existing office and a 35 sq. m. addition to an existing warehouse building “to accommodate a new loading dock and 20 new parking spaces.
