Work of this Contract comprises all labour material and everything else necessary to complete rehabilitation stabilization and general construction of trails and site amenities at Beare Hill Park (south of Finch Avenue East and west of Woodview Avenue near Toronto Zoo and adjacent to the CNR rail line) as specified on contract drawings and specifications.
Construction Schedule:
• Construction to start no later than: April 30 2019
• Substantial Completion must be complete by: November 1 2019
• Final Completion: November 30 2019
