Road Reconstruction and Neighbourhood Improvements on Glen Road.
• Glen Road from Beaumont Road to Summerhill Ave and Glen Road from Summerhill Ave to the north end Ward 27.
• Road and Sidewalk Reconstruction Substandard Water Service Replacement and Neighbourhood Improvements on Glen Road.
Completion Date:
This Contract including all site restorations clean up and rectification of all known deficiencies must be completed within 130 Working Days from the date of commencement of the Work indicated in the Order to Commence Work which will be issued following the execution of the agreement for this Contract.
The project shall be divided into the following 2 phases:
Phase 1 – Road and Sidewalk reconstruction on Glen Rd from Beaumont Rd to Summerhill Ave To be completed by August 15 2019
Phase 2 – Road and Sidewalk reconstruction on Glen Rd from Summerhill Ave to the north end To be completed by October 31 2019
Phase 2 construction shall be divided into 3 stages as follows:
Stage 1 – Road and Sidewalk reconstruction on Glen Rd from Beaumont Rd to Binscarth Rd To be Completed by May 15 2019. Including the top asphalt
Stage 2 – Road and Sidewalk reconstruction on Glen Rd from Binscarth Rd to Roxborough Dr To be Completed by June 30 2019. Including the top asphalt
Stage 3 – Road and Sidewalk reconstruction on Glen Rd from Roxborough Dr to Summerhill Ave To be Completed by August 15 2019. Including the top asphalt
