Digital technology firm SoilFLO has announced it will host a virtual event for operators of soil reuse and recycling facilities focusing on how digital tracking can streamline compliance, operations, and financial management.
The online session, titled “Operating a High-Performance Soil Reuse and Recycling Facility,” is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. EDT.
According to the announcement, the event aims to address the complexities of the industry, where managing environmental controls and material movement can be challenging. The session will explore solutions for the lack of visibility that often occurs when a facility’s operational and environmental systems are disconnected.
Organizers state the discussion will demonstrate how facilities can use digital soil tracking to:
- Provide environmental teams with real-time visibility into every load.
- Maintain a complete chain of custody from source to receiving sites.
- Simplify compliance procedures for contaminated and hazardous materials.
- Eliminate manual reconciliation of tickets and spreadsheets.
- Reduce administrative time while protecting profit margins.
The event will be hosted by SoilFLO’s Product Manager, Caroline Serjeant, and Head of Market Expansion, Maggie Little. They will be joined by industry speakers Chad vanHorsigh, Earthworks Logistics Manager for Condrain, and Karim Hosny, Founder and President of XS Soil Solutions.
